Germany and Beyond

Germany, Ireland, & Amsterdam

I've always wanted a nice camera so I could try my hand at photography but it was just never in the budget. When the opportunity arose to spend three months in Germany with my sister, I was finally inspired to squirrel away the funds for one. I invested in my trusty Nikon D3300, a camera which is now an old friend. When I first took it out of the box, it was an intimidating beast! So many nobs and buttons and functions that I wasn't even sure how to get started. Beyond working the camera, it felt so awkward to have it out and about with me on my day to day activities. As a result, I didn't get nearly as many pictures as I would have liked but I thought I would share the ones that I did get. Mostly it's landscape shots of Ireland, which was absolutely beautiful, but I got a few in Germany and Amsterdam that I'm pretty pleased with too.
